39bat Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before Use

39bat (bundles.bet) is an online Sports Betting platform built for Bangladeshi sports fans. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the 39bat website and all related services.

By creating an account or using 39bat's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using 39bat's services.

39bat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The date of the latest update will be noted at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open an account with 39bat, the following conditions must be met:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. A national ID card or passport may be requested for age verification.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all accounts will be closed.
• The name, address, date of birth, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate and belong to you.
• Only one account may be registered per mobile number or email address.
• Opening an account using someone else's identity documents is strictly prohibited.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, 39bat may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on 39bat:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Payment Method: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers are all supported.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

39bat does not charge any transaction fees. However, payment gateways may apply their own charges, which are the member's responsibility.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on 39bat:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 39bat voids it for a specific reason.
• Once a match kicks off, the pre-match betting market for that event closes.
• If a technical error causes an abnormal odds value to be displayed, 39bat reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• 39bat's decision is final in determining outcomes, though members may raise a dispute.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market and match, and 39bat may adjust them at any time.
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, the status of the bet will be determined by 39bat's server records.

If a match is cancelled or abandoned before completion, bets on that match will generally be voided and stakes returned. However, sport-specific rules may apply.

All 39bat bonuses and promotional offers are governed by the following general terms:

• Each bonus offer has specific wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household, device, or IP address are not permitted.
• A minimum odds requirement may apply to bets placed using bonus funds.
• Winnings from free bets will be added to your cash balance, excluding the original free bet stake.
• 39bat may modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 39bat, and any detected violations will be met with serious consequences:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus system abuse (bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, etc.).
• Involvement in match fixing or any attempt to illegally influence the outcome of an event.
• Using stolen payment methods or another person's financial information.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.
• Using 39bat for money laundering or any form of illegal fund transfers.

39bat may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If KYC documents are not submitted within the required timeframe.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• If requested by the member themselves (self-exclusion).

If a balance remains at the time of account closure and no violations have occurred, the member may request a withdrawal. A monthly administrative fee of ৳100 may be deducted from inactive accounts as long as the balance remains above zero.

39bat is not liable for the following:

• If a bet is missed due to a lost internet connection or a technical issue.
• Due to delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Due to temporary service interruptions caused by unexpected server maintenance.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• For any financial losses a member incurs as a result of their betting decisions.

39bat is committed to maintaining a high standard of service, but technical issues cannot always be avoided. When they do occur, we work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

If a dispute arises, please follow the steps below:

• Step 1: Email us at support@39bat.bet or reach out via live chat within 7 days of the incident.
• Step Two: 39bat's support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
• Step Three: If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, the matter will be escalated to the senior review team.
• Step 4: A final decision will be communicated within 14 business days.

In any dispute, 39bat's server logs, transaction records, and betting history shall serve as the definitive evidence.

39bat believes betting is entertainment, not addiction. That's why responsible betting is at the core of what we do:

• Members can set their own deposit limits (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Self-exclusion option — you can suspend your own account for a set period at any time.
• Cooling-Off Period — option to temporarily pause betting for 24 hours.
• Your betting history and spending statistics are available to view at any time.
